readings. There is no way for us to definitively authenticate anyone,
nor recommend anyone to you. This is entirely a spiritual matter, and no
one has the right to judge another. We are assuming that you know how
to check with your guides, trust your gut, or otherwise make your own
decisions. Some of these readers have been trained by one group or
teacher, and others by a different group or teacher. We are not saying
that any one group is right or another group is wrong. But we will tell
you who trained each reader, or how they came to be able to do these
readings, and give you their website, phone number, email and/or any
other pertinent information. Then you can check the reader out for
yourself, and get a better feel for who is the best reader for you at this point in your life.
READING vs. REGRESSION
What is an Akashic Records reading, and how is it different from a regression? The regression is done by hypnosis, and you are expected to see the lifetime or issue you are interested in knowing about yourself while hypnotized. Any hypnotist can do a regression. Some people prefer this, and we suggest you find a hypnotist if that is what you truly want. However, we do not list them here as this is a site for listing readers.
From our experience, the central problem with a regression is that the client feels all the original feelings over again, and while some people believe it is helpful to do that, we do not. We know from over twenty years' experience that if you simply hear about a past life from a reader, for example, you will begin to heal automatically. If you get a reading rather than a regression, you might feel some of the original feelings, but it will not be nearly as difficult or painful, assuming the past life was traumatic. Certainly not all are.
An Akashic Records reader has developed his or her extrasensory abilities (or else was just born with it already functional), and will go into an altered state to see the past/parallel/future lives or life purpose/mission for this current lifetime on your behalf and narrate that for you. Many questions can be answered in this way. Some people choose a reading over a regression because they do not think they can actually see the lifetime/issue themselves anyway, even if hypnotized.
This reading versus hypnosis decision is a personal decision, and no one can make it for you. We only provide information from our experiences to help you decide. There is no wrong answer, since every experience is for our learning and growth anyway. Ultimately we want you to use your own internal guidance system.
